Foods that you should not consume with Viagra

High-fat meal 

High-fat meals, such as those that contain fried foods, thick sauces, and fatty meats, may decrease the absorption of Viagra, even though you can take it with or without food. When taken orally, Viagra usually begins to act 30 minutes later. 

However, the rate at which Viagra enters your system slows down when you consume a high-fat meal. The effectiveness of the drug may be hampered by this delay. Alcohol

This mechanism is quite similar to that of Viagra, which likewise increases blood flow to the penis by inhibiting the Phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) enzyme.

When used simultaneously, the effects of nitrate-containing meals and Viagra can significantly lower blood pressure. Those who already have low blood pressure or are using other blood pressure drugs may experience symptoms like lightheadedness, dizziness, and fainting.
